Evidence sessions

The Commission will be taking evidence from a range of individuals and organisations at the Scottish Parliament – find out about how to attend, or view transcripts and video footage.

Written submissions

An initial consultation was launched on 22 May and closed on 13 June, inviting suggestions of topics for the Commission to consider. A more general consultation was launched on 18 June, inviting detailed comments on a range of topics across the Commission’s remit. This closed on 3 September.

Although our main consultation deadline has now passed, we continue to welcome submissions from anyone with an interest in the Commission's work. Before making a submission, please ensure you have read the notes on how to go about making a submission, and our policy on handling submissions received.

As background information, you may wish to refer to Schedule 5 to the 1998 Act in which the powers reserved to the Westminster Parliament are listed. You may also wish to refer to the list of submission topics that was provided at the time of our general consultation.
