Engagement is central to the Commission's work. On this page, you can find information about the various ways in which you can contribute ideas and expertise to the Commission's review of Scottish devolution.

Invitation to make submissions

On 18 June, the Commission Chairman, Sir Kenneth Calman, invited all interested parties to make submissions to assist the Commission in its work. People responding to this invitation are encouraged to structure their submissions around a range of questions. You can view these here.

or by e-mail to info@commissiononscottishdevolution.org.uk. The closing date for submissions was Wednesday 3 September 2008 (but late submissions will still be considered – please contact the Secretariat).

As background information, you may wish to refer to Schedule 5 to the 1998 Act in which the powers reserved to the Westminster Parliament are listed.
